Every order ships from our own frozen fulfillment facility in Vancouver, BC. Run by us, not subcontracted, which is how we keep dry-ice packing and ship-day scheduling under control.

Home turf. Short transits from our Vancouver warehouse, plus local delivery in Metro Vancouver.

Alberta

Calgary, Edmonton, and beyond via UPS and Purolator, with dry ice dosed for the trip.

Saskatchewan

Longer transits mean more dry ice per box. Our packing recipes account for it automatically.

Dry ice, sized to the trip

Every packing recipe is engineered per destination transit time and product weight: enough dry ice for the box to arrive frozen, not so much that a brand pays to ship extra weight for no reason. This keeps both cost and spoilage risk down.

Ship-day scheduling

Orders batch to weekly ship days chosen per brand, so boxes go out on a predictable cadence and never sit in a truck over a weekend, which would waste the dry ice and risk the product.
